Project Manager in Water and Wastewater

Your Future Role

As a project manager, you will lead large community construction projects within the water and wastewater pipeline network from start to finish.

Your tasks include the following:

• Overall responsibility for the project's timeline, resource allocation, and budget
• Ensure that the project meets the established technical requirements and specifications together with other stakeholders
• Proactively coordinate with other project stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that the project runs according to plan and budget
• Manage phases from early pre-project planning, procurement, design, contracting, and construction management, up to handover to the operations organization
• Drive projects or project programs with budgets over 100 million SEK and lead a project group of specialists to handle larger and/or more complex projects

As part of the Improvement and Renewal unit, you will collaborate with engaged colleagues within the Project Department to create stable, sustainable, and smart solutions. We work, among other things, on renewing pipelines for growing areas, building transfer lines that secure water delivery, and connecting existing areas for better water quality and reduced climate impact.

Your Experience

For the role of project manager, we wish that you have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent competence through extensive experience
• General knowledge of industry standards AMA, AB, ABT, and ABK
• At least 3 years of work experience in the construction industry or other infrastructure projects; longer relevant work experience is considered an advantage
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience working in project-oriented organizations
• Experience working with water and wastewater is considered an advantage
